How crucial is this tiny car?

This guy is insane. It’s 45 degrees outside and raining… But the really crazy part is that he’s not alone. There are 3 other Cali Flip-floppers standing next to him that I can’t photograph without getting a beatdown. Gotta love the Venice Beach Crazies.
